Trims
There are five trims for the new Grand Cherokee.
Loredo: The Loredo is the base trims, and it features heated mirrors, an 8.4-inch central touchscreen, and a six-speaker audio system. Safety features like adaptive cruise control, rear parking sensors with automatic braking, and forward collision mitigation also exist.
Limited: The Limited has the same features as the Loredo, but more advanced tech like a 10.1-inch central touchscreen, a navigation system, and a terrain-based drive mode system with five settings.

Performance
Powering the new Grand Cherokee are two powertrains. There's a 293-hp 3.6-liter V6 and a plug-in- a turbocharged 2.0-liter 375 horsepower inline-four-cylinder with a hybrid setup. The hybrid comes standard with all-wheel drive, and the V6 has rear-wheel drive, though all-wheel drive is optional.
According to the EPA, the V6 engine with rear-wheel drive has a fuel economy of about 19 mpg city and 26 mpg highway. With all-wheel drive models, those numbers dropped by one mpg. As for the plug-in-hybrid, it's estimated that the Grand Cherokee offers about 23 mpg city and 24 mpg highway - it also has around 26 miles of electric-only driving.
